Chia seeds are on the menu this week, and we couldn’t be more pumped! Chia seeds morph into a unique, gel-like texture that blends into smoothies, soups and sauces. Why is that? Our #superplantsoftheweek are hydrophilic, absorbing up to 12 times their weight in liquid when soaked, creating a a mucilaginous coating.
