Do you believe in libraries?

We’re thrilled to see so much support for opening back up the Mount Rainier Library. Your support is still needed! Thanks to Mount Rainier Council Member Luke Chesek for sharing the following ways you can support the library:

  1. Sign this petition: https://petitions.moveon.org/sign/save-the-mount-rainier

  2. Come to the Book Sale* on March 24th from 9 am - 3 pm at Art Works Now: https://www.facebook.com/events/392948111472041/

  3. Buy pizza (dine-in or pick up only, no online orders) from the Hyattsville Pizzeria Paradiso on March 25th from 5pm-9pm, and write "library" on your receipt and Pizzeria Paradiso will donate 15% of receipts to the cost of repairs needed for the library.*

**If the funds from either the book sale or Pizzeria Paradiso cannot be used for the library for whatever reason, the money will be split evenly between Mount Rainer Elementary and Thomas Stone.
