Grammy Award winner Dan Zanes and Haitian-American jazz vocalist Claudia Zanes perform Dan’s greatest hits as well as folk and blues classics from their popular new songbook entitled Dan Zanes’ House Party!: A Family Roots Music Treasury. Concerts also include selections from their KennedyCenter commissioned folk opera, Night Train 57, which premiered in 2017.

It’s that time of year! The Mt. Rainier Holiday Craft Fair is back and ready to bring all the wonderful crafters and shoppers to Joe’s.
We are putting the FUN into FUNdraising! Cathy & Marcy's Old Time Coalition includes Cathy Fink, Marcy Marxer, Rachel Eddy, Em Hammond, and Becky Hill. The event will open with a concert filled with harmonies, tunes, and percussive dance. Intermission will feature our silent auction with awesome items.

Joe's Movement Emporium proudly announces the official launch of the CreativeWorks Digital Media Apprenticeship Program. This in-person press conference takes place on November 18, 2024, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, and features special guest Congressman Glenn Ivey, who will help celebrate this significant milestone for creative talent and workforce development in the DMV.
