Coyaba’s Village Celebration

Coyaba's Village Celebration will be held on June 7th, featuring dancers from Coyaba's Academy, Coyaba Dance Theater, and special guest artists.  Directed by Sylvia Soumah, the concerts, at 3 pm and 6 pm, showcase outstanding drumming and West African dancing paired with a free outdoor family arts festival. The festival includes an African-style marketplace and family-friendly interactive visual arts by Carla Creative, Inc.

Coyaba's village celebration features performing artists from the DMV area, including Taratibu Youth Association, Soul In Motion, Smooth & EZ Unlimited Hand Dance Company, and more! Both events will be family-friendly, inspiring, artistic, and fun!  For the full schedule, visit carlacreative.net.
