Dancer's Roulette: RnB Cypher Jam
Dancer's Roulette in its previous form has been a round-robin practice battle. Join us for this special edition as an RnB CYPHER JAM.
A cypher jam is an event where communal energy is funneled through cypher circles over a traditional bracket competition system. Dancers take turns going continuously into the cypher, matching the vibe, having conversations through their movements, and interacting with others through social connections & call-outs.
Competitors will sign up and be informed about the rules and expectations of the cypher jam. The jam will be observed by a judge(s) over a 45 minute period. The judge will then select 2 of the best dancers who best represent themselves and the essence of cyphers for a battle for the Cypher Royalty
