Experimental Art with Katie Macyshyn
Experimental Art is a class that emphasizes process over product, guiding students ages 2-5 (and their caregivers) on an investigation of physicality through art materials, and creating awesome abstract art. Crumpling, tossing, folding, dropping, wetting, rolling, rubbing, turning inside out, and upside down are just some of the ways we will explore physical properties. We will also read books, sing, and dance our way to developing our fine and gross motor skills.
Katie Macyshyn (she/they) is a transdisciplinary performance artist and educator.
