Shimmy Time! Belly Dance Technique & Drills. with Sacred Hips in Motion

We want this class to feel like a dance party with your girlfriends, without the cheesy pick-up lines! This class will give you the same positive vibe as being at your favorite dance club while burning a ton of calories without even realizing you’re exercising. You will learn the basics of belly dance, drill some fun combos while focusing on technique, and move your hips to an eclectic and high energy playlist. This is what we do on Friday! Come at your own risk cause this class may be your new Friday night hang out! By the end of class, you'll have a stronger core, a great feeling of accomplishment, and a sway in your hips that will carry you through the week and help you move like a Goddess!
