About The Spirituality and the Arts Players
The Spirituality and the Arts Players, formed in February, 2016, when the Reverend Cheryl A. Jones, Wellness Chaplain at the V.A. was asked if that group could perform for the V.A.’s Martin Luther King, Jr. program. She had several private guitar students and hosted a weekly gospel sing-a-long, so she combined forces and prepared three songs. Since then, this group of veterans, staff and community members has performed for the Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Black History Month program AARP and Voluntary Services, and more!”.
