Through black vernacular dance and reimagined visuals of historical album covers, this performance art exhibition celebrates the reggae sounds of Gregory Isaacs and culture of the lovers rock era of the 70’s and 80’s. The cast of prayers for a hopeless romantic: lovers rock takes the audience/participants on an interactive journey of movement prayers of courtship, heartbreak and back to love as the ‘hopeless romantic.’

Unheard Sounds is grounded in an exploration of immigrant artist's self-expression. It prompts cross-disciplinary creativity through improvisation and ensures a voice for the minority as well as an equitable hearing.

Singer-songwriter, Rochelle Rice, weaves her distinct musical sensibilities and mental wellness advocacy into a new multifaceted audio experience. The Tell Her This Project will center on the stories and lessons of leading women from a diverse background of cultures, challenges, and wisdom shared in a podcast and partnered with an album exploring, naming, and honoring the guidance of women as told through collaborative compositions by Rice and a curated group of women composers and storytellers.

Thomas III, explores the history of enslaved Black residents of the County who challenged slavery in the courts from the late-18th century.

Humans Are Stupid: a poetry and comedy special is a powerful mix of spoken-word and comedic material from poet laureate and National Poetry Slam Champion, Douglas Powell/Roscoe Burnems.

In celebration of Black History Month, Soul in Motion brings together African Drummers and Dancers from across the area to commemorate a moment of unity during this time of uncertainty. This virtual collection of performances will feature Soul in Motion, Coyaba Dance Theater, Malcolm X Drummers and Dancers, and More Than a Drum.
